Welcome to PrintCity.pk. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom printing services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • Business Focus: PrintCity.pk primarily provides business-to-business (B2B) custom commercial printing services.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if the requested printed material violates local laws, contains hate speech, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

  • Pricing Updates: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of a service.

2. User Artwork and Responsibilities

Since our products are custom-manufactured based on the files you provide, you are entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your artwork.

  • Proofing and Errors: You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded designs are free of spelling, grammar, and layout errors. We do not proofread or correct text on your behalf.

  • File Quality: You must provide high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF, AI, PSD, CDR) with appropriate bleeds and margins. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images.

  • Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor displays (RGB) and the commercial printing process (CMYK), slight color variations are normal and expected. We cannot guarantee an exact color match between your screen and the final printed product.

  • Copyright & Ownership: By uploading a design, you warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or have acquired the appropriate licenses. PrintCity.pk is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from the designs you submit.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Advance Payment: As all orders are custom-printed specifically for your brand, we require an advance payment (partial or full) before any production begins.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We strictly do not offer Cash on Delivery. Accepted digital payment methods include Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT), Credit/Debit Cards, and Mobile Wallets.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered confirmed once the payment has cleared and our pre-press team has approved your artwork.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Turnaround Times: Standard production and dispatch take approximately 7 to 8 working days from the date of final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, extreme weather, or public holidays.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been sent to the production floor. Once printing has commenced, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Returns: Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or customer errors.

  • Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Refunds Policy for full instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the PrintCity.pk website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and website code—is the property of PrintCity.pk and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our website content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintCity.pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising out of any printing delays, errors, or defects.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
